For those don’t speak enough French, I try to explain the program in english.
Tomorrow is the big day : yoga + danse with the elements. The idea is to explore sensations through the body inside the big nature. We will go in our big montain, to feel the differents elements.
Tuesday, a 2 hours workshop, 9,30 am in les granges d’en haut LES HOUCHES, we will explore my favorite game, yoga socks!!!!!! yes yoga with socks. It’s a really nice practice to explore good fondation, understand the core, in a very funny way.
